Genting Highlands has recently upgraded their new look with their gorgeous Sky Avenue Mall! The view is simply amazing and astonishing! They have the new Sky Casino, shopping mall with almost 80% occupancy, the new Sky cable (which I have tried and super comfy), variety of high-class restaurants and a special place to try Malaysian delicacy – Malaysian Food Street.
In this post, I am gonna show you their Malaysian Food Street and what they have got to offer!
I went with my family during end July 2017 and we have only managed to try the Curry Head Fish and Chicken Porridge, they are all super good. I would highly recommend tourists outside Malaysia, if you love to try all popular Malaysian food with good quality, and have a big stomach, this is the perfect place !

All you need to do before buying the food is to buy a reload card from machines located inside the food court, reload at least RM50 (with RM2 deposit) and get refunded on the remaining balance & deposit from the cashier counter before leaving. If I understand it correctly, the card can only be refunded if done within 7 days.
Genting member cardholders are entitled a cheaper price on the food. And most of the main meals are priced at RM19 for members and RM21 for non-members.
The eating area is clean, spacious and bright. Chefs all looked professional. I shall update this post from time to time with food picture in the future, be sure to check it out ya.
